1. Introduction
These Platform Terms govern use of the WSU BrandShop website, mobile interfaces and related services operated by Walter Sisulu University. By accessing the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
3. Orders and pricing
Orders constitute an offer accepted when we send order confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable (VAT no. 4560101500). We may correct pricing errors before acceptance.
4. Payment
Accepted methods include card, EFT, gift vouchers, student fee charge (ITS) and staff payroll deduction where eligible. Additional terms apply to institutional payment methods.
5. Collection and delivery
Subject to Collection Policy and Delivery Policy. Risk and responsibility pass as described therein.
6. Returns and refunds

7. Intellectual property
WSU marks and site content are protected. Unauthorised use is prohibited — see IP Policy.
8. Privacy
Personal information processed under POPIA — see Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WSU is not liable for indirect losses. Consumer rights under the CPA remain unaffected.
10. Governing law
South African law applies. Disputes subject to WSU internal processes and competent courts.
