3. Limits and exclusions
- Maximum charge limits per semester apply.
- Gift vouchers, certain clearance and third-party vendor items may be excluded.
4. Settlement
Charges appear on ITS statements; payment follows university fee due dates.
5. Refunds
Approved returns credited to fee account within one billing cycle.
