Permanent WSU staff with active payroll deduction enrolment and HR approval.
2. Authorisation
Payroll Deduction Agreement required before first purchase. Staff number verified at checkout.
3. Limits
Monthly and aggregate limits per WSU payroll rules; BrandShop may decline orders exceeding limits.
4. Recovery
Instalments deducted from salary. On termination, outstanding balance is recoverable from final payments or settlement.
5. Disputes
Contact BrandShop finance with order number; unresolved matters escalated to HR and payroll.
