BrandShop accepts returns and exchanges in line with the Consumer Protection Act and our Returns Policy.
- Check eligibility: unworn, unused, tags attached, within 30 days.
- Start a return online or complete the Product Return Form.
- Return to any campus BrandShop or use approved courier return label where issued.
- Refunds processed after inspection — see Refund Policy for payment-method timelines.
