2. Dispatch and risk
Dispatch after payment clearance. Risk passes on delivery to your address or authorised recipient.
3. Delivery times
Estimates only — not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, strikes or remote locations do not entitle cancellation if goods dispatch.
4. Failed delivery
Couriers may charge redelivery fees after failed attempts. Uncollected parcels returned to warehouse — refund less logistics costs may apply.
5. Inspection
Inspect on receipt; report damage within 48 hours.
