1. Scope
This policy applies to merchandise purchased from WSU BrandShop online and at campus stores.
2. Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of payment.
3. Condition requirements
- Unworn, unwashed, unused with original tags and packaging where applicable.
- Footwear: unworn indoors only, original box.
- Defective items: return with description of fault — warranty may apply.
4. Exclusions
- Clearance items marked final sale.
- Personalised, embroidered or custom-made goods unless faulty.
- Gift vouchers (see Gift Voucher Terms).
- Items excluded by law or hygiene reasons.
5. How to return
Initiate online, use Product Return Form, or visit any campus BrandShop with item and invoice.
