Ethics reporting

Staff, vendors and customers may report unethical conduct, fraud or policy breaches confidentially.

1. Email brandshop@wsu.ac.za marked Speak Up or use WSU ethics hotline where published.
2. Provide factual details; anonymous reports accepted where lawful.
3. No retaliation against good-faith reporters.
4. Investigations handled by designated ethics office.
