Campus collection steps and ID requirements.

How to collect your order

  1. Wait for ready notification by SMS or email.
  2. Go to the BrandShop collection point at your chosen campus.
  3. Bring photo ID (WSU student or staff card, SA ID or driver licence).
  4. Provide order number or confirmation barcode.
  5. Inspect items at the counter; report damage before leaving.
  6. Collect within 30 days of ready notification.
