1. Campus collection
Available at Mthatha, Butterworth, Buffalo City and Queenstown BrandShop points.
2. Ready notification
We notify you when the order is ready. Bring photo ID and order reference.
3. Holding period
Orders held 30 days after ready notification. Thereafter cancellation and refund less reasonable admin fee may apply.
4. Third-party collection
Written authorisation and ID copies required for proxy collection.
5. Inspection
Inspect items at collection; defects must be reported before leaving the counter.
